An attorney and regulator by background, Brian began his career in managed care, spending over 10 years in executive management with two Blue Cross Blue Shield Plans.

Robert is a proven Data & AI leader with a track record of driving enterprise transformation, scaling software companies to IPO, and delivering value through strategic exits. He has architected AI strategies at Deloitte, led global data initiatives as Chief Data + AI Officer, and most recently guided Ellucian through its successful sale to Blackstone and Vista Equity Partners.

With deep roots in healthcare, Robert is currently advising Blue Cross Blue Shield on how to embed AI across the enterprise — from operations to clinical intelligence. He holds an MBA from Georgetown University and brings a unique blend of technical depth, go-to-market insight, and strategic foresight to every investment.

Cathlin has served as outside counsel to emerging funds and early-stage companies across healthcare, technology, and life sciences. Her background includes managing complex corporate transactions, equity financings, and LP negotiations, all grounded in a practical, business-first legal approach.
